Kimmie was able to set up a new policy on a purchased vehicle and adding a teenager to my account. She handled everything efficiently and was a very helpful and just fun to talk to on the phone. Lily helped me a couple of weeks ago. I was able to call the office and Lily assisted me in getting an insurance form to me so that my son could get his license. She was very helpful, especially with it being my fault that I didn't get the form prior. She just brushed that fact away and jumped right in and got that form to me in seconds! While i strongly dislike having to pay for insurance, this office makes it a little more enjoyable!"
